Jennifer Pitsch is a senior economics and political science double major at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She is a pre-law student and aspiring future lawyer. By day, Jennifer is a spinach and avocado dip connoisseur and a firm believer that caramel is pronounced ‘car-ml’ not ‘car-a-mel.’ By night she is an amateur cornhole player and an avid Nebraska Huskers fan. She is a caffeine and adrenaline addict — which is not a good combo — and can be found backpacking and traveling in her free time.
